What it is

MeeTime (https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/content/en-us00956296/). Voice and video calling application by Huawei. Only workds with EMUI 9.1+ Huawei phones. Huawei claims they use E2EE but this wasn't verified and there is not Whitepaper so don't trust them. They also collect metadata. There is no advantages to use this app instead of the reputed open-source Signal app.

Commands

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.huawei.meetime

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.

com.huawei.hwvoipservice

This is not the directory. Here we say what a package is in general; what happens on your particular television is on your model's entry, and that one wins. The same package can be dead weight on one set and hold the home screen up on another.
