This site is kept by one individual, personally. It is not a company, there is no team behind it, and no professional service is provided through it. Anything sent in is answered from the address above.
Where it is hosted
On servers in the European Union, on shared hosting. Traffic also passes through Cloudflare's network, which acts as a cache and protection layer. Neither the host nor Cloudflare processes the data for their own purposes beyond what is needed to provide the service.
What this site is
An informational directory of preinstalled applications on Android televisions, and the guides explaining how to remove them through the debugging interface the manufacturer itself publishes.
What this site does, and above all what it refuses to do, is set out on the scope page. That page forms part of this notice for all purposes.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and illustrations on this site are the operator's own work, except where stated otherwise. You may quote and link them freely. What you may not do is republish them wholesale as your own, or extract the database in an automated and systematic way.
The device list comes from the public supported-devices file Google Play publishes. The classification, the categories and the wording you see here are ours.
Trademarks
Manufacturer and model names appear here for one reason only: to identify which device an entry is about. We claim no connection to any manufacturer. The only logo we use is the Android robot, adapted from work created and shared by Google and used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence, and it is there to mark which system a television runs. Android, Google TV and the other names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners. Where a manufacturer's logo appears in the directory, it is there so you can recognise your television at a glance and for no other reason: used unaltered, next to the model an entry is about, under Article 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001, which permits use of another's trade mark where it is necessary to indicate the intended purpose of a product or service. If you own a mark and would rather we did not show your logo, write and we will take it down: a monogram of the initials appears in its place and the directory works exactly the same.
Links to third parties
When we link to a tool, we link to its official address and never host the file. We do not control those sites and are not answerable for their content, their availability, or what they do with your data when you visit them.
Liability
The content of this site is informational. The operator accepts no liability for the outcome of operations carried out by third parties on their own devices, nor for direct or indirect damage arising from following what is published here. Everything we document is reversible by design, and even so the decision to run it belongs to whoever takes it.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law and by the law of the European Union. For any dispute, and where the rules permit, the parties submit to the courts of the operator's domicile.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the rights your country of residence gives you. The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform.
If something is wrong
If an entry has a fact wrong, if you believe a right of yours is being infringed, or if you think something published here goes beyond the stated scope, write to [email protected]. We answer everything and fix what is wrong, without anybody needing to send a formal letter.
