There is no data protection officer, because none is required: neither the volume nor the kind of processing calls for one. You write to the address above and the person who keeps the site answers.
What we collect
Your name, e-mail address and the TV model you type in. Alongside the sign-up we also keep the IP address it was sent from and the country Cloudflare reports, as evidence that consent was given and to tell a person from a script. Nothing else, and nothing is passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box and confirmed by clicking the link we e-mail you. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it: there is an unsubscribe link in every message.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after seven days, and the IP address and country go with them.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys or rents this list. The companies below are involved because the site needs them to work, or because you agreed to let them load.

Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you decline analytics and advertising, what is left is Cloudflare's technical layer, which is what serves the page.
Cookies
Before you decide, nothing third-party is loaded: no script, no pixel, no frame. What runs without your permission is strictly what the page needs to work.

You can change your mind whenever you like:
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without that affecting the lawfulness of processing before it.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We answer within a month, usually the same day. To erase everything you need not even write: the unsubscribe link in any of our messages does it.
If you think we have got this wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes
If any of the above changes, this page is updated and the date at the foot changes with it. If the change affects what we use your data for, we write to you before it takes effect.
