What it is

This app is from qualcomm, in androidmanifest.xml I found things like com.qualcomm.qti.qmsdataservices, qms is spyware,

permissions uses: access wifi state, quary all packages, package usage stats.

So hidden network stats, more about it is this code is just logs, takes apm, wifi, bt status.

Commands

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 vendor.qti.data.txpwradmin

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing vendor.qti.data.txpwradmin

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
