Aptx Notifier
aptX (formerly apt-X) is a family of proprietary audio codec compression algorithms owned by Qualcomm.
If you don't mind closed source codec, aptX has lower latency and is less of a drain on your battery than default codec (AAC)
This package is used to display a notification when a device using aptX (bluetooth headphone typically) is connected.
Its only use is to tell you that you use aptX bluetooth with the connected device.
Commands
adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.sonymobile.aptx.notifier
To put it back:
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.sonymobile.aptx.notifier
Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
This is not the directory. Here we say what a package is in general; what happens on your particular television is on your model's entry, and that one wins. The same package can be dead weight on one set and hold the home screen up on another.
