What it is
Keystore is a secure place provided by Android to store cryptographic keys and make it more difficult to extract from the device.
This package is used by enterprise to update certificates on the device.
NOTE : It allows IT admins to install certificates while the device is still locked.
This means certificates can be silently installed into a keystore without any interaction from the device-user.
It uses the KNOX TIMA (Named Trust-zone-based Integrity Measurement Architecture) that allows storage of keys in the container for certificate signing using the TrustZone hardware platform.[16]

Commands
adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.sec.downloadablekeystore
To put it back:
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.sec.downloadablekeystore
Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
This is not the directory. Here we say what a package is in general; what happens on your particular television is on your model's entry, and that one wins. The same package can be dead weight on one set and hold the home screen up on another.
