What it is
It seems that this package is a kind of spyware. Very difficult to find information about this.
Some people say it's linked to Carrier IQ (which is a carrier rootkit for the NSA).
This package also have very stranges permissions: READ_PLACE / WRITE_PLACE. I couldn't find any explaination on the web.
So either it's a useless samsung package or a spyware. I deleted it and I didn't notice anything bad.
Commands
adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.samsung.android.intelligenceservice2
To put it back:
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.samsung.android.intelligenceservice2
Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
References
This is not the directory. Here we say what a package is in general; what happens on your particular television is on your model's entry, and that one wins. The same package can be dead weight on one set and hold the home screen up on another.
