This service can be used to have oem specific feature development.

Currently this service is being used to collect CSI data from cfrtool

via hidl and then pass the data to application(user level).

Commands

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.qualcomm.qti.server.qtiwifi

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.qualcomm.qti.server.qtiwifi

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
