What it is

If enabled, connects to OPPO servers (icosa-service-eu.allawnos.com) every time a new app is installed. Seems to be mostly focused on gaming performance optimisation according to the settings description:

'[...] a service that optimises phone performance for specific apps and game scenarios. [...] frame rates, battery usage, touch sensitivity, network connection, vibration and gameplay assistance features.'

Can be disabled via hidden setting (Settings -> Search 'App Enhancement Services' -> App Enhancement Services).

Cannot be uninstalled but it can be disabled.

Careful: Removing this package prevents the OnePlus Game Center to detect games.

Commands

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.oplus.cosa

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.oplus.cosa

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
