It's most likely the Total Call Timer or more generally it handles info like the date of manufacture of your device, usage time since first boot etc.
Total Call Timer gives you the time you spent calling. I don't know how to access to these info. It may be a hidden menu and may be accessible through the dialer with a special code.

This is not the directory. Here we say what a package is in general; what happens on your particular television is on your model's entry, and that one wins. The same package can be dead weight on one set and hold the home screen up on another.
