Lets you locate any phone registered under the Sprint family plan.

Location labs is owned by AGV which is owned by Avast.

You shouldn't trust Avast.

Commands

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.locationlabs.finder.sprint

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.locationlabs.finder.sprint

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
