The factory reset device basic configuration setup guides you through the basics of setting up your device.

Careful: Oddly enough, disabling/uninstalling this package will break mobile identity management which could be used by apps (for example your bank) to authenticate you.

Commands

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.android.setupwizard

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.google.android.setupwizard

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
