Huawei chinese stock input keyboard. You probably shouldn't trust this closed-source keyboard with this much permissions...NOTE: Make sure to have another keyboard installed before removing this package!

Commands

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.baidu.input_huawei

To put it back:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.baidu.input_huawei

Every removal listed here is per-user only: the system image is untouched, and the restore command puts the app back from the copy already on the device. Nothing is downloaded.
