I can't access the apk but I'm pretty sure it is another hidden test app not meant to be used by end-user

Given its name it could be used to adjust the transmit power of the cell phone antennas

SAR = Specific Absorption Rate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Specific_absorption_rate)

XDA users removed this without any issues. To be 100% sure it would be good to test the SAR without this package (just in case)

Per tornare indietro:

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.huaqin.sar

Tutte le disinstallazioni elencate qui riguardano solo l'utente corrente: l'immagine di sistema non viene toccata e il comando di ripristino rimette l'app al suo posto partendo dalla copia già presente sull'apparecchio. Non si scarica nulla.

Questa non è la directory. Qui si dice cos'è un pacchetto in generale; quello che succede sul tuo televisore sta nella scheda del tuo modello, ed è quella che conta. Lo stesso pacchetto può essere zavorra su un apparecchio e reggere la schermata iniziale su un altro.
